We utilise the services of a reputable third-party courier company for our product deliveries. Within Istanbul, deliveries typically take three days, while in other regions take five days. However, where the courier company cannot deliver to remote areas in Turkey, customers may opt to pick up their orders from the nearest courier branch.
Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be deemed as received on the next business day. Orders received after 3:00 pm on Fridays and holidays such as Eid and official holidays will be considered received on the following Monday or the next official working day.
Products are exclusively delivered to the intended recipient at the specified address.
We recommend providing accurate details about where you can be reached during the day to facilitate seamless delivery. The product will be forwarded to the nearest courier branch if the recipient is unavailable at the specified address. Please note that products not claimed within four days will be returned.
During delivery, we advise customers to inspect packages that may have been damaged in the presence of the courier representative. If there is any damage to the product, please do not accept it and instead request the courier company to issue a report. Upon accepting the product, kindly acknowledge that you have fulfilled your responsibility in ensuring the safe delivery of your order.
